How do I get help without an account?+

Email agents@axiorank.com. You do not need to log in or create an account to reach support. Include your workspace name, the page or endpoint involved, and what you expected to happen.

Where do I find setup guides?+

The documentation covers every integration, the gateway API, and the policy and approvals model. Start at the docs, or jump to a specific integration guide such as the Slack app.

How do I report a security vulnerability?+

Use the security page for responsible disclosure. Security reports are triaged ahead of normal support. Please do not post vulnerabilities in public channels.

Something is failing. Is it me or AxioRank?+

Check the status page first for any active incident. If status is green and you still see a problem, email support with the request id or audit log id and we will trace it.

How fast will I hear back?+

Response targets depend on your plan, from best-effort on Free to a contracted SLA on Enterprise. See the response times table above. Security issues are always handled first.

I use the Slack app. Where do I get help?+

The Slack integration page explains what the app does, and the Slack setup guide walks through install, approvals, the App Home tab, and the /axiorank command. For anything else, email support.
