What counts as an event?
An event is any governed action: a tool call, an MCP request, a card verification, or an inbound agent check. The calculator above uses your monthly events to suggest a plan.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan includes Zero-Trust identity, the gateway, policy, content inspection, monitor-mode response, and full protocol coverage, with no time limit and no card required.
What happens if I reach my limit?
On the free and Pro plans, new governed events pause once you hit your monthly limit, so you are never billed a surprise. Upgrade any time to lift the cap. Team and Enterprise are built for sustained high volume.
How do Team and Enterprise work?
Pro and Team are self-serve: upgrade from Settings, then Billing, and you are running in minutes. Enterprise is set up with our team; tell us your volume and requirements and we will get you running.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Pro and Team offer annual billing at a discount of up to 18% compared to paying monthly. Choose Annual when you upgrade, or switch your billing interval any time from the Stripe customer portal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever your needs change, and your limits adjust right away.
Do you support single sign-on and audit export?
Audit export and SIEM log streaming are available on Pro and above. SAML single sign-on is in early access on Team and above; contact us and we will enable it for your workspace.
Is monitor mode safe to run in production?
Yes. Monitor mode only simulates actions and records what it would have done, so you can prove a rule before you arm it.
What support do I get on each plan?
Free includes community support and documentation. Pro gets email support within 2 business days. Team gets email support within 1 business day. Enterprise gets priority support with a 99.9% uptime SLA and service credits; see the Service Level Agreement linked in the footer.
